Terrible! I bought my daughter a necklace at the store in Manhattan which the website described as having "glass-based Swarovski pearls". After a couple of months, the "pearls" started to lose their luster so my daughter returned to the store only to be told it was "costume jewelry" and there was nothing they would do. We took it to a jeweler who said the "pearls" were plastic. The store refused to do anything about the necklace and told us on the phone that the "pearls" were plastic. This feels very deceptive.

I should've checked the reviews here before ordering.
I ordered a necklace and received the wrong item. So far it's fine, mistakes happen. But when I contact them about it, this is the response:

"We are so sorry to send you a different item. We can exchange, but the shipping for exchange is very expensive and it will take a long time. It is not beneficial to return.

From the picture, the item is still good and nice, if you don't like them, you can give them to someone as a gift or try to sell them, then you won't lose any money.

And for this issue, we will give you a 10% discount when you order next time, please consider it."

I've never had this problem with any business. I've even had had small businesses refund for the wrong item without any questions, so I would assume a designer brand would do even the bare minimum!

So far waiting for their response, after contacting them again.

personally, i've never had an issue with purchasing from vivienne westwood, and i've purchased from them 4 times, though 1 was in-store in los angeles. vivienne, of course, is an icon of punk fashion history, which contributes to why i love to support her brand. the quality is great for the price, which is often much, much cheaper than other designer brands. my rings have never turned my hands green or anything like that, thank goodness. shipping was fine; not particularly quick, but then again, it was from the uk.

Very disappointed with the bracelet I received.

Usually I have to remove links from bracelets to be able to wear them. In this case it only just fastens. Anyone with normal sized wrists is not going to be able to wear it.

It also looks and feels very cheap and I have no confidence in it lasting long. I doubt I'll get a refund but I won't be buying any more.

Absolutely poor customer service my daughter bought herself the necklace out of her savings and the middle stone has fell out I rang customer service and they told me to take a picture of the missing stone part which I did.. no word back so I rang again they wanted a picture of the full necklace so I sent that now it has to be sent to the people who look at it this has gone on for four days after reading other reviews she doesn’t even want another necklace just her money back as she states it could happen again also phone lines have terrible background noise it is very poor quality jewellery

had my necklace for three months 5 rhinestones have fallen out and the necklace is going bronze it took 7 weeks to come and was very small compared to the picture size not worthy £120 at all

Ordering from Vivienne Westwood is an atrocious experience. If you’re thinking about it don’t do it! I ordered two necklaces nearly €350 worth. 8 weeks later I have still not received anything, they refuse to refund me and say I need to get it back off my financial institution. Though they said they will take their goods back wherever they are they won’t issue the refund themselves, it’s just spiteful. The UPS tracking never worked so I have no idea where the parcel ever was though they did make up a customs excuse towards the end a never prior mentioned issue and promised it would arrive on a certain date and two weeks later still nothing. This has been the most awful online shopping experience of my life, I still have not received money back. It’s basically robbery and theft from a brand like Vivienne Westwood. Common criminals.

Don’t be fooled…products are really poor quality and customer service even worse. A purse I paid £165 for should not be fading in places when it’s not an every day purse. Vivienne Westwood have said it’s wear and tear and the shocking thing is they went by pictures rather than seeing the product. I disagree it’s wear and tear as it’s not an every day purse and feel like I have been robbed and fobbed off. I should have paid £1.65 instead £165. Even a purse from the pound shop would probably last longer

I have never experienced a customer service like this. My daughter bought with her savings earrings for her best friend. When the parcel arrived, everything was there but empty bags. There were no earrings.
It was clear there were never earrings put in the bags by Vivienne Westwood.
We never got our money back nor the earrings. Wish I could to something to sue this company and will take this further. I am furious.

I have ordered a necklace and a ring. The ring never came, instead, I received a rose gold bracelet!. After two weeks of sending them different photos in different formats, they said I have to wait for their warehouse to check if it was a mistake? which obviously is as the order confirmation says a ring, not a bracelet. And I have to go out of my way and return it later while it was their mistake. will never buy anything from them ever again worst customer service I have ever seen in my whole life.
